Mas des Orangers was once a 450-year-old monastery and was a focal point of Biotoise’s life, welcoming the artists like Fernand Léger, Raymond Peynet and Pablo Picasso amongst others, who were in vogue at the time. The Hostellerie will also remind the elders of many festive and timeless memories.
Coming from an atypical background, Yann is a cocktail mixologist, passionate about cuisine. After a great stinct at the Parisian nightlife, he decided to return to his native roots and it was then that he discovered the rich history of his family home. It was this desire to share his heritage, that Le Jardin du Mas was born in 2014, followed by Mas des Oranges in 2016 that provides rooms for the guests.
Today with the reins of the good food in his hands, Yann has created a bold and original menu, keeping the authenticity of the product intact.
